Student Housing

We understand the needs of college students: an attractive, safe, but affordable place to live. That’s why we offer such a variety of student housing. Our properties range from four and six bedroom town homes, to six bedroom houses. With so many choices, the students are able to find the number of roommates that is comfortable for them and the price that is comfortable for their wallet.

The student housing is all located within a mile or less from the campus of Western Michigan University, an excellent gain.
