Icon Properties began in 1999, with the desire to be an icon for students and families in the Southwest Michigan area. Located in Kalamazoo at 4121 West Michigan Ave, we currently manage over 80 collegiate resident housing. We offer 24 hour maintenance, Brinks Home Security system in each unit, high speed internet and expanded basic cable FREE! Serving all of our homes and town homes with affordable rent and an understanding of what today’s students and families are looking for is our specialty.. Our goal here at Icon Properties, is to give our tenants an affordable, comfortable and safe living environment while offering them a high level of service.
